Clients typically submit requests directly via our website or by sharing Google documents or by sending a voice message or video recording via WhatsApp. You may choose the method that works best for you, as long as the request is linked or shared through our website.
We use Adobe software to do most of our designs.
We understand that you may not have enough design requests to fill in, and you may only need one or two requests now. In such cases, temporarily pausing your subscription can be useful. The billing cycle is calculated over 31 days. For example, if you register and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription, the subscription cycle will be temporarily paused. This means that you’ll have 10 days remaining in your credit to use at any time in the future.
